I love working at AdventHealth because the mission of whole-person care is something I get to see every day in the way our team cares for one another, and in the way our clinical teams care for our patients. My leader listens to her team and uses us to build real solutions using our skillsets. I feel like my voice is heard here. There is also a real focus on supporting me in my personal and professional growth goals. The benefits are strong, and I appreciate that AdventHealth cares about my well-being beyond just work. I also love the chance to get involved in the community.

Cons

The pace can be full, but I love what I do and it helps being on a supportive team with a strong "why."

Everything went smooth the onboarding and everyone was nice helping me and explaining the onboarding procedures excited to start as a new hire.

Cons

None at the time everything went smooth and I was able to get things done quickly for onboarding.
