All of my time was at one client

Pros

Made some lifetime friends. Had fun on the road. Felt I lived the consulting life. Learned a few things, mainly generic process and documentation (although useful). Boosted career confidence.

Cons

Travel. Same client the whole time. Too much of the frat lifestyle. No real concern for career progression from "mentors". People trying to pose as experts... charade.

Pros

- Good culture - Lots of food - Some cool company events - Great clients - Good pay and benefits

Cons

Bad if you want to be a hardcore Java programmer. A lot of the work, especially when you're fresh out of college, involves HTML and Java scriptlets. You don't really get your hands dirty with too much logic if you're a back-end developer. On the other hand, the HTML/CSS/JS is done by AG's great front-end team, so if you're a front-end developer this is a good place for you. Also a good place for business analysts and strategists.

Marquee clients, forward thinking technology implementations, well though out management decisions

Cons

constant travel to clients, little work/life balance, lots of very arrogant personalities rule the company and projects. I was not a fan of the corporate culture.
