I have nothing to say about pros.

Discriminatory treatment from co workers as well as department managers, unfair practices with the rota often favoring the manager drawing the Rota, new manager keeps denying time off and leave requests that were booked before he even joined the company. New manager promoting unqualified people into supervisory role with no leadership skills, experience, or education and bullying tendencies. Everyone decided to quit or change departments in the second week as the department manager. Long hours standing with worn out rubber proofing, shift patterns that have no schedule or structure where on some days one sleeps less than 4 hours between shifts hence affecting mental health and sleep deprivation, lack of communication between departments, high staff turnover, inefficiencies leading to massive complaints from guests hence affecting mental health as you have to listen to 4 complaints almost everyday. Paid sick leave only applicable after 6 months.
