Pros

If you would like to have a carreer im hospitality, this company is a good starting point. They like to promote from inside whenever possible.

Cons

The salary is low, the avarage service time is just a few month, therefore you have to train a new colleague every 2-3 month. I like teaching but after a while its too much.

old office and equipment; no air condition in most of offices; no parking for employees; management not willing to share knowledge and without project management skills;
