The only pro for working at Accor, also known as Motel 6 or G6 Hospitality is because it's a job that pays money.

Cons

High risk guests, police are the security because of the risky nature of the property, benefits are below par, upper management does not listen to on-site management and terminates employees at their discretion and not the property manager

Accor company always give the change for it employee to development there skill and experience by training which give chance to promote

Cons

They change there policy for head office instead of gating a sprat head office in Egypt they made it centralization with Abou Dhabi head office which impact the power of the company in Egypt
