- Lots of trainings, Good benefits when you dine to other hotel’s restaurant. You have growth in this company. They take care of their loyal employees.

Cons

Not so good benefits when you want to book a room to other hotel as an employee. Sometimes they hire upper management positions not because of professionalism or experience, but only because that person knows someone in that particular hotel/Company.
