      Pros

      Great looking manufacturing facility, clean and modern

      Cons

      Manufacturing techniques are "old school" and not open employee ideas to increase efficiencies. Too much control from home base in Spain in their manufacturing techniques, engineering and operations. Iowa management is comprised around the "good ol' boy network" and nothing to do their competency. Good people leave or get forced out and the bad ones stay.

      Multinational company, not much to add.

      Cons

      All the good ones leave, toxic environment, bullying,many people want to quit and actually do, expects everything and gives nothing. If you like to be used and have no life, then apply for a job at Acciona.

      Pros

      Acciona provides excellent health benefits to its employees. A generous tuition reimbursement plan and 401(k) matching as well.

      Cons

      The changes in Sr, Management, that Acciona has experienced over the past few years, have taken there toll on the staff. Unfortunately, leaving them with little belief in the company's ability to succeed.
