Pros

Benefits from traveling; able to accumulate frequent flier and hotel points, as well as corporate AMEX reward points. Autonomous work, to some extent. Depending on what service line you are in, you may be working alone or with one or two other people fairly autonomously.

Cons

Huge organization that seems to lose a lot in the mix. Almost like a bunch of smaller organizations that all are owned by a parent/umbrella company. Due to this, not as much exposure to other parts of the organization. Career opportunities seem to be based on things outside of one's control and 60-80 hour work weeks are expected.

Pros

Accenture provides a generous PTO package. You also have the opportunity to work with smart and motivated people.

Cons

The work life balance is lacking. You will be required to work long hours on a consistent basis, which makes it hard to take the time off needed. The pay is also low compared to other companies.
