Pros

Solid brand name. Various projects among elite companies, so you have the chance to gain experience quickly in many sectors and find which industry you prefer.

Cons

Very low pay if you consider the hours you work. No work life balance. Lack of respect and recognition. You are just a number here, a resource to be assigned to a project. The quality of employees is fairly average compared to top management consulting firms. You won't find many Oxbridge or LSE students here. High attrition. There is massive hiring, especially during good times, but most leave after a couple of years either because of burnout or because of reasons above mentioned. And the managers couldn't care less to keep talent.
