      Pros

      You can gain experience and once your completion bonus piles up it's good

      Cons

      There's always one problem or another with their teaching apps/platforms and they deduct it on your pay even if you provide them screenshots. (mind you, they always tell you to secure screenshots but they still don't remove any deductions made)

      Flexible, but booking system Some students are good, but most of them are rude.

      Cons

      TM's are rude so as the management itself.
