      Good for starting tutors looking for experience Have lots of training and certifications The management mostly the TM's are accommodating

      Low salary even for tenured teacher Refining of their software Hefty penalties and cancellation policy Be more considerate to the tutors

      Pros

      The Team Leaders are okay, I've had 3 TM's over my career as a teacher and I don't have any complaints so far.

      Cons

      Tutorclient has a lot of system issues, such as screen not loading after tons of refreshing, despite a good internet connection. Incentives are impossible to meet, especially if you're faced with sudden problems such as power interruptions and Tutorclient issues. I've never had any perfect attendance bonus despite working hard and making my ends meet. Salary is too low- 90 pesos per hour is terrible, then deducted if you have work issues such as power outages and login problems that causes you to be late or absent. TESOL certificate almost a hoax. It will take you 2 years from the day you passed their exams based on their policy.
