      The time scheduling is very flexible, it is good for those people who are students or want some more income.

      Cons

      The team manager, company, medium of teaching or application and policies are very inconsiderate and not competent enough. This company is not healthy for those who will take this as their full-time job, it will waste your time and efforts.

      It was good untio the crackdown in china happened. The company doesn't offer any assurance to their employees and keeps then hanging.

      Ever changing rules. Seems to favor parents more than teacher Inconsistent rules for every team

      Great teacher assistance during lesson problems. Students are polite and eager to learn. Most adult students already have a background knowledge about English

      Cons

      You have to inform your supervisor your schedule a week before to plot. Unlike other ESL companies, you cannot plot it yourself
