The only pros are the following: Flexible schedule, materials provided, teaching both adults and kids, salary is issued twice a month, used to have many bonuses but now they removed it

Cons

Low salary, glitchy system, huge penalties! Even if the teacher is not at fault, they penalize them! Communication with the team leaders is also the worst, it takes them days to answer messages.

Because it is work from home and during this time it is best to work from home. It is a better way to stay safe at all times.

Cons

Low salary and they keep on changing your TM. A lot of deductions too in the salary. No additional benefits.
