The conditions worsened greatly as I worked. They stopped paying canceled classes, and later on, even absent classes were not paid. TMs are horrible, and each one gives different information and has different rules or requirements. If there is a problem, you have no one to turn to and you can expect the worst outcome. No promotions, no pay raises, no bonuses. The salary was sometimes late, or incorrect.

Some Team Leaders are hard to reach sometimes especially on urgent matters.
