Leaving this company and finding another one is a pro.

Cons

- bad communication between managers and teachers - managers rarely respond, lie, disrespect and don't help tutors - salary is late - very strict rules for tutors, but not for rude managers - system often doesn't work, but the tutors are penalized for that - in case of illness and natural disasters, you still get penalized - penalties for being absent with notice are extremely high
