Pros

* The staff is great. I really love them especially my supervisor Iris. She is a superb supervisor - the best. She always tell me she wants me to be her top tutor although but since I might not be able to comply to the responsibilities, I had to decline the great offer. It's really great for a supervisor for always commending her subordinates. I feel motivated. *Salary is also good ,not that high, but we get paid for cancelled and unbooked classes.

Cons

When we get 5 stars from our students, we only get +1 point and +.5 for 4 stars.. However, for 1 star, we get a -10..

Pros

if you are a good teacher, you have many classes, so you can earn more.

Cons

the company wants you to make more enrollments. the policy of cancellation is very strict. once you plot your working hours, you almost cn`t cancel them without penalty.

1. You get hired after 2 interviews.

Cons

1. The Supervisors there will not do anything for you except when you get a complaint from a student who does not even know any English at all and does not participate or even try to get involved in class. 2. When you have to cancel your class the last minute you will have salary deduction almost twice as much as you earn for 1 day. 3. They care less for their employees, they have deductions for everything, they have deductions when you don't punch in with in 30 minutes before your first class, they have deductions when a student gives you a bad rating, when you cannot go to work due to issues which are not your fault. 4. Support people take ages to reply to your concerns. Sometimes classes are nearly done and they still haven't resolved your concern. Some of them are rude too. 5. For P90 an hour you get 2 classes. P90 if you have no experience. 6. The Direct Supervisors are basically useless, all they do is access your schedule. They can open or close your slots without telling you so and you cannot give comments about their performance even though they don't do their job well. Where as they on the other hand have the gall to give you plenty of comments as soon as one student
