      Takes a while before your TM opens your slots

      Paid unbooked slots. You choose your schedule a week ahead.

      Cons

      It took a while before my supervisor plotted my first ever schedule. Took her 2 weeks after I was hired to give me my first schedule. Very little updates in that 2 weeks time frame.

      Easy to get through the recruitment process good for beginners who do not have experience

      Cons

      my salary was 3 months delayed and incentives too and sometimes minimal complaints that don't affect your performance deducts your teacher points too much but if you get a high rating you are only given 1 point my supervisor will ask me my schedule but she will plot only what she likes then even locked it My tm also would plot any schedule without informing me The system often has errors and cs would not respond to you

      Cons

      No Benefits Their staffs needs to have english trainings. Unfair treatment to Teachers Salary Discrimination
