      Great company to earn without experience!

      Pros

      -Incentives (Completion Bonus and Perfect Attendance Bonus, as well as Enrollment Bonus if you are a top teacher) -SUUUPER easy to use Platform (ClassIn) -Lots of contests for teachers which gives bonuses.

      Cons

      -Always inaccessible tutor website because of some issues from them. -Freezing and some issues often in their teaching platform (Classin) -Some Tutor Managers are not that considerate. Some are approachable and friendly, but mostly not. -Some students are rude and often forced by their parents to study English.

      Hiring process takes forever, unprofessional staff especially tutor managers, low pay, less students, total waste of time waiting for students to book your class

      Get paid for unbooked slots. (though this is no longer applicable lately. see cons below) Flexible schedule ( again, no longer applicable. see cons below)

      Cons

      This company attracts tutors by claiming 'get paid for unbooked slots' and 'flexible schedule' . It used to be true, but nowadays, it seems more like a scam to attract applicants. your manager will lock unbooked slots and you don't get paid for these. Basically defeating the purpose, and what's worse, they do this one day before or hours before, so your students can't even book these slots last-minute. As for 'flexible schedule' - your manager will sometimes not open the slots you request. They force you into a time window where they think is busiest. So what part of this is 'flexible' again?
