TM's are very rude. My experience not even worth the Pros on top. My first salary was not credited to my Paypal account and when I follow-up this is the first TM that finally responded. " I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT THE SALARY AND YOU CAN STOP ALL THIS DONE WITH YOU" I wish I could show you the screenshot of our discussion. Talking to this TM reduces me to tears. Not worth it for the salary that was not even given to me.

VERY STRICT. They will penalize you for being late, even if you're late for 1 second. CLEVER WAY IN SALARY ACCOUNTING./ If you can't make a remark to a student, you'll not get any money from that class. They will turn down the website for you not make a remark. And your TM will not care about it (most of the time). This company really sucks. They won't compensate you when it's their fault, for e.g. Slow website/the website is inaccessible. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. THEY WILL PENALIZE EVEN IF YOU'RE ONLY 1 SECOND LATE. NOTE: I always had a fully booked class and always get 5 star ratings from my students. I miss my students. You can try to work in this company tho, and observe their management.
