Huge penalties but reasonable according to the great pay in the past good years.

Flexible schedule, great students, good curriculum

Cons

The company failed to notice it's employees that we won't be able to work anymore. Everyone simply vanished from the face of the Earth and left us without any explanation or the ability to open our schedule.
