      Pros

      *Good Company *Good salary *The bonuses are okay too. *Kind, helpful and patient supervisors *Big help to all who wants to work from home, specially to all mommies.

      Cons

      Honestly, sometimes the CS are not really a big help to the student and tutors. Also, penalties are to high. And sometime they are also on the students side, sometimes you also need to investigate the complaints, not just put a penalty against it because sometime the students don't like the teacher and just put a bad rating and complaint. :/

      Good pay Great benefits (in work and personal life) Flexible work schedule (they made sure my schedule would not be a problem for me) Recruiting department was very accommodating and helpful Supervisor and Trainer were accommodating and helpful as well
