The material provided is sometimes wrong, the only communication you can have with someone is your assigned TM, trough some app in Chinese, where the TM themselves tend to take weeks to respond to a problem you are having. But will instantly text you if you did some small mistake. They often switch up and add new things to the provided app we use and its usually broken and horrible and they don't listen to any of the workers feedback. Their website we use has options that their IT team is not even using or paying attention to leading to once again only contacting the singular TM trough the phone app which usually results in the problem not being solved at all.

The rate is low and some TMs will call/force you to work even when you're sick, and would get mad for not letting them know a day before.
