      You can easily be hired here and there are managers for each and every esl teacher.

      It was a good company but not any more.

      You can work from anywhere with a good internet connection.

      Cons

      Salary per class was reduced without warning. The pay is now low Bonus taken away and not paid for the bonus already earned. You are expected to clock in at least 10 minutes before your first lesson, even if you have no booked classes and are heavily penalized if you forget. You build up lots of regulars, the company blocks your lessons, for no reason, and they go to other teachers. You are not rewarded for loyalty or consistent 5 star performances. Your TM constantly changes and does not respond to queries. Non native teachers are given opportunities to earn extra pay, but naive teachers often aren't. Low booking rates and you are expected to sit for 15 minutes waiting for no shows and not get paid for this.
