Pros

-Salary is not delayed. If ever they will send an email blast. -Most of the students are kind and understanding.

Cons

-Direct supervisor will limit your class due to low bookings you get. -Direct supervisor will put blame for less booking . And will tell you to change your teaching skills. But many students I handled keeps on booking my class. (I guess that must be a plus factor). And they keep on insisting that you must book at 1800 to 2300. In which I declined. -They will just do nothing if you received any bad ratings. They will just ask you BUT NEVER REMOVE THE DEDUCTIONS. And do nothing about it. For the sake of processes they will contact you and ask questions. And also they want proofs. But how can teachers do it? You are only giving out class ID. Its up to you to figure it out who that student is. -They are always on the student's side. They don't care about their teachers. -CS sometimes will take time to respond. If they will response they will not entertain most of your concerns. -Rate is somehow low. And never know when to get a raise. It was never been explained.

Pros

- Approachable Recruitment Team - Even if the slots that you open aren't booked, you still get paid.

Cons

- VERY POOR TRAINING SYSTEM They only have two trainings-- the PROCESS and MATERIAL training. Only 1 hour and 30 minutes for each training. After that, they'll already throw you to the battlefield. The trainers seemed like they're the ones who need training. They only read what's on the training module. They don't even bother to demonstrate how you should do this and that. Their "final demo" is a nightmare. Even if you don't have enough knowledge yet because of their poor training system, they'll let you do the mock lesson with a REAL CHINESE STUDENT. Their lesson materials are confusing. You can't plan the lessons since the materials are changing from time to time. I don't know why is that. You really have to be confident and present-minded in order for you to ace the final demo. - NOT A FLEXIBLE ESL JOB They are the ones who plot your schedule. You still have to request for your days off. Actually, it is not an ESL job because they ask the teachers to teach different subjects -- Geometry, Economics, etc. - YOU CAN ONLY OPEN SLOTS BASED ON YOUR BOOKING RATE If you got a "below 80%" booking rate, you will not be able to open slots for 3days to 1week. APPLY AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.
