      salary is okay,easy lesson materials, unbooked class is paid.(as promised by the company)

      Cons

      Team Managers/DM or TL "some" (new) of them locked your schedule for not having a class"unbooked schedule" (TM/DS discretion) they will tell you to keep or maintain your good grades however even you are already performing and fully book,still always lock schedules for unbooked class.and CS assistance is supposed to be help for teachers who are still working especially at night however sometimes it's like condemned for uncontrolled situation, power and internet outage.

      O.K. hourly rate for non-native teachers Cancelled classes are being paid, as well as if student is absent Some bonuses Salary is always on time Students are mostly nice and highly respect their favorite teachers

      Cons

      You can't open your schedule, sometimes you have to wait for your TM a bit long to do the same, because there are so many teachers in her/his team CS are bad at English, not accurate nor prompt when you need them Parents of young leaners can be very anoying, they like to speak instead of their children and most of the time they give wrong answers Strange custom of freely burping into the teachers face/ears Some of TMs are very unhelpful and disrespectful
