      I been working in this company for more than a year now and I can say that I dont regret leaving my previous job for this company salary is ok plus bonuses/incentives is more better.

      The management have always providing time to listen to employees concerns . They are doing their best to take care of us make sure that we are aligned to our goals to make the company to be one of the most competitive online tutorial

      Cons that I have was actually taken care of recently they advance our salary before the long holiday comes

      Flexi hours available. Lesson plans are given to you. Pay is on time. You book your own hours in advance.

      Cons

      You can't work for any other company. They advertising that you get paid for unbooked classes but that's only if your student cancels
