You can be paid even with unbooked slots

Cons

Your manager/boss is not very responsive and will not care for you as well, slot is limited and you're not excuse when you're sick or there is an emergency.

Its a good start for newbies. On time salary.

Cons

No real time cs support late responses. Their system sucks! They base the booking rate percentage on their system which is most of the time have bigs to be fix. Ive always have a fully booked sched but still shows the rating is at 50% only base on their system which will cause you to have a low evaluation.
