      Pros

      I have a kind and considerate supervisor. You will set your schedule 1 week ahead. You will still be compensated with unbooked but open slots.

      Cons

      There are sudden lesson changes even 5 minutes before your class time so you wouldn't have enough time to review the lesson. There are also sudden classes for your open slots, that is why you really need to be flexible. Unfortunately, not all tutors know everything esp. if the sudden lesson happens to be an Achievement test, you as the tutor should know the answers you haven't tackled with that student before. You just have to pretend you know it well! :D

      Pros

      You are paid booked or unbooked class Teaching materials are easy to deliver The Chinese are friendly and polite Easy to apply and you can start ASAP

      Cons

      The system is often down. You have to refresh your web every now and then because they will not notify you if you have a new class or cancelled class so if the system is down you will never know. if you have low booking rate they can close some of your booking hrs without prior notice, sometimes they will close even after the day ends, so even if you were there waiting for a student they will not pay you. Low starting rate 95php-100php
