      - Paid all classes with or without students With or without student, you are paid in that case, you can do other household chores. - Many bonuses. Aside from your hourly rate, you get much even higher with incentives as long as you perform well. Indeed they give a lot of values to their employees.

      Quick responses during recruitment process.

      Cons

      Hourly rate is a range from quoted 8-15 USD, then 8-12 USD then no less than 9 USD and finally the base rate I have been given is 8 USD. Somewhat confusing set up and I'm undecided whether I will proceed with working here.
