      Buggy System Strict harsh financial punishments for absent or technical problems Teacher pyramid scheme , hire as many teachers as possible and make them compete for the student bookings, via a flawed point scheme. Its like a race to the bottom....

      - Students' foundation in English is great - Teaching materials are authentic and in original content - Free TESOL training and other training sets - Teaching platforms are like virtual classrooms - Salary is great, as well as there are bonuses - Material trainers are very helpful - The tests are mostly sent in links - Materials can be downloaded easily - Can plot the schedule using Class Time System

      - CS are not reliable and helpful at all - Tutor website crashes - Teaching platforms crashes sometimes - Puts pressure into tutors for fast promotion - Tutor managers are sometimes unreliable - Whenever there's a problem, tutors are the common ones to blame - Penalties are imposed for those who have technical issues (intentional or not) - IM (Instant Messaging) is not sometimes reliable - Salary sending is delayed -
