Easy to apply to, but of course, current employees have a knack of making something simple extra difficult.

Cons

What I used to think was automated can be a nightmare if you can't reach any of the direct supervisors and tutors via Skype. The set up is very mechanical for me, but to be faulted for not advising supervisors of an intended leave days before and you can't contact them in plenty of time BEFORE is outrageous! And my very own English accent gets to be a flaw. Really!
