      Pros

      I'm currently working at Acadsoc and my experience up to this moment is positive. Of course, like every other company, this one has its downsides too but I thing the pros outnumber the cons. Great colleagues - supportive and helpful Material training is provided and lots of courses you can enroll into Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Base rate could be higher.

      Pros

      I am a breadwinner. I have two kids. With the help of Acadsoc, i can give the need of my kids. I am happy and satisfied with my work. My kids are learning English too.

      Cons

      Sometimes, there are some issues in the website.

      Pros

      I was once a tutor but not I am handling people in the admin. Of course, the pay is better too. It's great when you showcase yourself to the company. Once they see, they will offer you a post.

      Cons

      The competition is a bit tight to different teams when it comes to performance basis.
