For 5 years, I have been to different companies. You know, Acadsoc was one of the best companies I work. It offers great pay to its employees plus a very flexible working time.

Cons

Pros

The starting rate of Acadsoc is a bit low compared to other ESL Industries out there. However, with their bonus and incentives, you can earn more than other companies. The pay is good for me.

Cons

The system requirement is a bit high now.

An Engineer by education but A Teacher by heart

I am a graduate of civil engineering but I choose to teach in Acadsoc. Practically speaking, I know how much my engineer friend is earning that's why I gave up to work in a private engineering firm. Now, I am earning twice to trice my engineer friend is earning.

Cons

I don't have any issues with Acadsoc.
