1. lousy management- termination without proper advice and had to announce yo everyon 2. unprofessional TM-especially to TM Heather,you will be kickout of a GC for the team if you ask related qyestions to the job,she will announce to the whole team that you are teminated before informing you personally,will tell you that top tutors are prioritize such as bookings and salary,if you are not,,then sorry to you,they do not honor your excuse for an absence even if it emergency,,favoritism for top tutors 3. low rate
