      They gave me a starting rate of 90 pesos even though I got a high grade in the HR interview Sometimes, a lot of CS are unresponsive and not helpful. If you are asking some help with power failure, they are quick to consider it as cancel or absent. I felt it is futile to attempt to send them feedback or concern in their system support because they are starting to ignore the teacher's situation even though you had a screenshot of your power outage. The penalty is added as well as the deduction of teaching points
