the students were friendly and this is actually the reason why teachers stay. not the management they at the worst

Cons

low pay, high penalties, Ive been a teacher for 7 years but this by far the worst of the worst. the TMs are unresponsive, wouldn't listen to ykur explanation even if its valid, they dont care about the teacher, and worst of all they have high demands and they are all liars

They pay on time The trainers are nice Nice students

Cons

Low salary 90 per hour. They no longer pay d unbooked classes starting April or May 2020. They can hire a lot of teachers so they do not care to lose teachers. Too much training which are unpaid. Was never paid for valid disputed pay, Not enough support except for ploting classes coz one supervisor handles hundreds of teachers.
