Easy, quick hiring process and good training.
Cons
Good luck getting classes if you arent based in the Philippines. This company claims it hires from outside of the Philippines, which it does, but if you are getting paid in dollars and not Pesos, you wont get any classes. In a month I got at most 10 classes, your manager tells you to do more training modules, which I did, and passed every demo for every training module, but still no luck and sometimes you will go days to a week, sometimes two weeks with 0 classes. And I have never been late, absent, missed a class or even cancelled and I am more qualified than most people applying for the same position.
