      Worth the stress if you have a LOT of free time

      No need to travel I've had very cooperative students who are fun to work with

      Cons

      TMs are sometimes not available for your concerns, salary is kinda low, lots of deductions for things you're not in control of (power outage, internet problems, wrong material delivered at the website). My last salary did not transfer to my PayPal, i don't know where it went and after I resigned, the TM didn't bother helping me get my weeks worth of pay.

      I'm new to this industry and the company is willing to train me. All the staffs and my colleagues are very approachable and willing to help me. Lots of bonuses and incentives. Give lots of opportunities to teachers.
