- Being able to work online and from anywhere -Being able to do your own schedule (read below!)

Cons

-Terrible management, no social skills and very rude towards other employees -They DO NOT pay you the empty slots -They ask you to do trainings in your free time, together with other stuff, and they won't pay you a single cent. -You're able to do your own schedule, but if you don't give available slots, they will not provide any lesson, which means no money whatsoever -Many teachers go into burnout, but of course no one cares about it. -Salary for the Filipinos is 1USD per hour, so 50 cent per lesson. What horrible,
