-Salary is very low for foreigners, that's why most of the teachers are Filipinos -The team managers are horribly rude sometimes -The team managers are very strict and heartless -All the communications (emails, notification, lessons, etc..) have mistakes, which is unacceptable for an online English school -They treat teachers like babies/slaves.

Decent salary, classes that are canceled are paid.

Cons

The staff is almost illiterate, if there is a problem that is out of tutors control, they will come at you like they own you... No way of negotiating unless you suck up to the management. The website is unsafe and they still insist of uploading sensitive information.
