      Pros

      Extra income at the comfort of your home. You can choose your own schedule. If you are enjoying a toxic or tedious interaction and add stress into your life - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND - This cons not even worth it.

      Cons

      TM's are very rude. My experience not even worth the Pros on top. My first salary was not credited to my Paypal account and when I follow-up this is the first TM that finally responded. " I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT THE SALARY AND YOU CAN STOP ALL THIS DONE WITH YOU" I wish I could show you the screenshot of our discussion. Talking to this TM reduces me to tears. Not worth it for the salary that was not even given to me.

      A lot of regular students. Flexible time. Good managers. A lot of training. Incentives are quite good.

      Cons

      No salary increase even when I was included on the TOP TUTOR.

      Buggy System Strict harsh financial punishments for absent or technical problems Teacher pyramid scheme , hire as many teachers as possible and make them compete for the student bookings, via a flawed point scheme. Its like a race to the bottom....
