SALARY- the rate is comparably low compared to other ESL companies
BOOKING SYSTEM- I just started in here this month and weeks before, my schedules are always booked right away. However, my class bookings seem to decline when my teaching points reached over a hundred. I always have repeat students so this will make you wonder.
UNPAID CLASSES- I just had my first salary last week and it seems like they AREN'T paying classes wherein the STUDENT IS ABSENT. It is not our fault that the student is absent. Our time slot was booked. So why isn't it paid?
POOR COMMUNICATION- it is very hard to contact your TM. It is even harder to contact the CS. They don't respond and it sometimes takes days for them to do if you are lucky. Most of the time, they don't respond at all.
UNFAIR SYSTEM- students will give you a bad rating with no justification and you will have a deduction in your teaching points. We are talking about a hard earned 10 points in here. I had a student who gave me one star and made a complain yet I was deducted right away without CS or QA confirming with me. There are two sides of the story but they will only validate the student's claim and won't seek about the tutor's opinions.
