-DIRECT SUPERVISOR IS NOT CONSIDERATE! THEY NEVER UNDERSTAND THR TEACHER'S SIDE! -They keep blaming our performance is not good! We do our best to make them satisfied BUT we cannot please them if they don't like! Why don't you ask and blame the students for not participate in the class well! ALWAYS student is right even though they are not! It's so UNFAIR for the teachers who been working so hard! -The hourly rate is very low! You need to get the required points which is too long to get! -DIRECT SUPERVISOR IS VERY USELESS! They don't even care if the teachers has problem and needs help with them. They just keep blaming on you! -If student complain, they blame the teacher. They just ask you what happen and NEVER REMOVE THE DEDUCTION even they found out it's not your fault! -A lot of deductions. -Giving proof is very useless! If they found out you have a valid reasond why you cancelled the class, they have nothing to do, and they decrease your days of duties, and hours! -Students are quickly complaining if they can't understand! They don't ask theirselves if they are good also! -If you complain the student or other staff in the company, they just put "S0LVED" and not trying to reach out the teacher! -The website says UNBOOKED CLASSES ARE ALSO BE PAID! But then if you get less booking rate, they will put you to NEW/OLD PACKAGE which is nobody discuss about it during interview! Pathetic! YOU TRIED TO FOOL THE APPLICANTS FOR THAT!

They impose strict punishments that are not nearly close to the size of the issue. They hardly accept the responsibility when there is some system failure from their side which happens quite often. Then they charge the poor teacher as much as 6 lessons and take the money from their account without their acceptance. They have a poor SC team performance which is way more powerful than the teachers. They can claim and punish the teachers. My tutor is polite but hardly available. The pay is not good. for the native ( or native-like teachers which are introduced as native Teachers) the pay is compared to chicken feed. All in all, I've had a terrible experience with them and after one year I can't put up with their bullying and arrogance. The manners not being felt as painfully at the beginning. They have trainings that have a moundane assessment.
