Pros

Students are great and I was lucky to have a wonderful TM. It was my first job in the field of online teaching and I made the best out of it. The schedule is really flexible.

Cons

The pay rates are low and it takes a really looong time to get the ball rolling and see your schedule fully booked. Penalties are terrible

Very low salary. I am a native english speaker with 2 years experience. However acadsoc signed me up as a non native teacher to pay me the fee of a non native. very disappointing.
