1. Salary on time (every 1st and 16th of the month) 2. Diverse learning materials 3. MOSTLY friendly students 4. SOMETIMES pays unbooked classes 5. Accepts tutors with no experience as long you're Filipino and good English speaker

Cons

1. EXTREMELY high penalties (even if the excuse was reasonable or due to unexpected events) 2. MOSTLY unresponsive TM and CS. 3. Sometimes rude parents/ students 4. Little time to prepare for classes because some students book a few minutes before the actual start of class. 5. After a month, your bookings suddenly disappear for some reason and your TMs won't even tell you why.
