      Lots of penalties, unfair supervisor (TM) and low salary

      *(BEFORE) paid unbooked classes for tutors in OLD PACKAGE (paid with or without classes)

      Cons

      *low salary *unresponsive CS and managers (DS) *no consideration for emergencies (natural disaster, sick, funeral, etc) *unreasonable penalties *main priority is for students (children) to have fun instead of learning And many more. I won't suggest to beginners to go to this company and use it as an stepping stone. Know your worth.

      My team leader had poor English skills

      It was the best option for me to earn money online as a student

      Cons

      - The team leader would just Google Translate (Chinese to English) what she wants to say to me so it would be so hard to communicate with her - They didn't reimburse me for my Acadsoc tarpaulin expense even if I showed a receipt for it

      Salary, nothing else. They even punish you all the time if your salary is too high foe the cut-off.

      Everything about the company is wrong! Unprofessional company, with uneducated staff members!
