Pros
1. Lesson materials are good 2. Teaching tools are easy to use and there are lots of tools to use to make the class more intresting 3. Most of my students are behaved and attentive. I enjoy teaching them including those difficult ones. 4. Lots of students (means more money) 5. Open contract (you can resign anytime. But for those who wants to resign pls do inform tm ahead of time)
Cons
1. Low salary. Some received 86-90/hr. 2 . Some TMs took 1-2 days before they can reply. Ask them 5 questions they will only answer 1 which is not the most important. 3. They allow sudden booking, means students can book a class 1 min before the class starts. (New teachers usually experience this. You will be pressured if your student is an adult) 4. Sometimes, teaching tools crash which can affect your class (you'll be penalized. Inform TM immediately to remove penalty)
