      Pros

      All of our members are good at working they love learning more strategies. The management is so tetchy. The hardest part is to have more tasks given.

      Cons

      Acadsoc used to be good when they paid for unbooked classes. However, I'm uncertain if it can still be considered well-compensated now. Still, it's a good company to get an experience from.

      Good for ESL beginners, flexible time, booking system, almost or always fully booked

      Cons

      The company has no empathy with the Teachers. No matter what you're experiencing and feeling, you're invalidated, You're always at fault. Rude students too. 90% of the students are rude, disrespectful, and impolite, They want to learn English but they don't want to be corrected. The company doesn't care if you're sick, dealing with natural disasters, or more. They will still give you penalties for no reason.
