      -You can meet beautiful/handsome, smart and willing to learn students. -Students can learn from you and also you can learn from the students.

      Cons

      -TM's are not responsive. -TM's are very unprofessional. -The company is not flexible its getting more strict. -1 complaint from the student triple deduction of your hourly rate. -If you meet family problems, technical problems, etc., your TM will immediately give you a warning even though you have a a valid reason. -Some TM's wont listen to you (teacher) they will listen more to the costumers. (which are the students).
