-low pay rate -very unstable bookings and I only recently found out why: some teachers seem to have great booking rates and thrive with a fully booked schedule, but some teachers (myself) are only used for stand-by lessons, basically for students to book last minute. This means no stable income, predictable schedule or regular students, so I don't recommend this, it's a terrible system.

The company takes advantage of workers because of the knowledge that it's hard to acquire a job here in the Philippines and most will just settle for anything that is available, "better than nothing" mindset The salary is ridiculously low compared to the knowledge, effort, and energy you need to exert in every class. The students are mostly rude and act like they are paying you millions. CS is unresponsive and again, rude. Teachers will never win an argument, no matter how reasonable you are. And the penalties... it's like robbery in broad daylight. Is it even legal how they charge 6 times of hourly rate to one canceled class? Quitting from this company is the best decision I made in my career. I seriously felt relieved.
